Playful laughter exercises.
They say that laughter is the best medicine. This group offers a great way of enhancing health and well-being while having fun. Suitable for almost everyone, it is a combination of deep breathing techniques and playful laughter exercises.
There are no jokes, no comedy and no humour - and you don't have to feel like laughing when you start. If you've never tried laughter for health, why not come along for a taster session? Attendance is optional - you don’t have to attend every meeting! The group is also part of Online Across Scotland.
