A great way to keep fit.

Social classes for everyone who wants to exercise mind and body in traditional dances. A great way to keep fit and brush up on dancing skills. Wear comfortable shoes and bring own refreshments.

The cost for this group is: three dance classes cost £10 and they don't have to be consecutive. One class is £4.

New members always welcome. More experienced dancers very willing to help those who wish to brush up on their skills!

Please note: Dancers must wear soft soled shoes, firmly attached.  Specialist dance shoes are ideal but absolutely not necessary; trainers, plimsoles or other gym shoes are usually OK.
