Discussing today's world
Current Affairs Group 2 aims to facilitate and encourage debate among groups members who contribute. Its purpose is to stimulate, educate and help the members keep abreast and have informed views of the topics of the day.
Introduced pre-arranged topic discussions happen every other meeting and are determined and presented by the members. These are preceded by a 30 minute slot of News of the Day. The alternate monthly meeting is an open topic meeting where we wholly dedicate the time to News of the Day.
We meet in the First Floor Bar in Motel One.
