Individual access to update records on the Edinburgh u3a Members Portal is no longer available.  

If members need to update any personal details, please contact our membership team at  membership@edinburghu3a.org.uk .  

In your email, please state :

• Your Eu3a membership number
• The details you would like to change
• The new details

(For example, if you are changing address, please tell us the old address as well as the new one.) 

Alternatively, please telephone 0131 581 8525, leave a message and someone will get back to you.  

Why have we closed the portal? 

We offered access to a member's portal, to allow updates to member’s own records.  This was used by a small number of people.  Unfortunately, changes via the portal were not automatically synchronised with our Direct Debit system. This caused confusion and additional work for the membership and finance teams.  We therefore took the decision to stop using the portal.
