Movement, conversation and meeting new friends.

You may not have heard about this interesting form of dance- it’s not line, ballet or Scottish dancing and we don’t get dizzy just dancing in circles! The dances are a mix of traditional and choreographed steps to music from around the world. Some are gentle, some more lively.

I adapt the dances and tempo to suit individuals and group requirements.

No previous experience or partner required . We are a small, relaxed welcoming group and invite you to come and join us.
