A meditative practice from India.
Chanting is one of India’s meditative practices. It is the art of listening, learning to recite with attention, care and a deep involvement of the mind, heart and body. The chanting, in Sanskrit, involves just 3 notes, so it is not singing. It refines the ability to listen, enhancing memory, patience and self-confidence and develops a state of attention that allows space for reflection and self-enquiry.
